SlySi's Cobra (continued)

November 2007 - A new builder.

Andy has decided he can't/won't finish the project. No real reasons given. "Got other things to do." Comsidering how much I have invested in him so far I am somewhat dissapointed. Who now? When I started looking to oursource it I had enquired of COlin at Kiwi Race Cars about them doing it. As you have seen they have ended up doing quite a bit of it up til now anyway. But initially I didn't get the impression he was that intersted so wanted someone who seemed more passionate about it.

Talking to him again I don't get that impression any more. Maybe I have just got toknow him a little better so for whatever reason they agree to finish it off for me.

IF I did it again I would go straight to them. The things he brought to it, partially I guess form doing them all the time, and the exceptional quality of workmanship I have now seen compared to just 'good' workmanship leaves me with no doubts. There are some areas where you are still best to research and make your own decisions but in getting them realised Colin and the guys arepretty damned good.

Now maybe I miss heard but at this stage COlin says it shoul donly be about 5 weeks to complete. YAHOO!!. I could be driving by February (Summer :-)

Here is what they get handed:
