The F69 is a Leander class Frigate which served with the British navy then with the New Zealand Navy.
She has been scuttled off Houghton Bay/Island bay, Wellington, New Zealand in shallow water (26m) as a dive attraction and to encourage the marine eco system as part of Wellington's conservation efforts with marine and wildlife reserves.

The F69 - HMNZS Wellington was scuttled on Sunday 13 November 2005.
